What age groups can join your martial arts classes?

We offer classes for kids, teens, and adults of all skill levels. Our programs are designed to suit beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Do I need prior experience to start training?

No, beginners are welcome! Our instructors will guide you step by step, ensuring you learn the basics before advancing to higher levels.

What should I wear for my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes are fine for beginners. Once you enroll, we’ll guide you on the proper uniform and gear needed for training.

Is martial arts training safe?

Yes! Safety is our priority. Our instructors emphasize proper technique and controlled practice to minimize the risk of injuries.

How often should I train to see progress?

Training at least 2-3 times per week is recommended for steady improvement. However, progress depends on consistency, effort, and personal goals.

Coach Connor Elliot

• Played at Western University from 2006-2010 as Linebacker & Long Snapper

• Selected for the CIS East West All Star Game 2009

• Drafted 44th Overall by the Toronto Argonauts

• Currently coaches Canada's Senior Men's Football Team

• Won a National Championship coaching the London Beefeaters

• Currently the LB and Long Snapper coach for University of Western

• Currently a teacher with the Thames Valley District School Board in London.

Coach Brian Devlin

• Played from 1999-2002 with Simon Fraser University as Kicker and Punter

• Kicker and Punter for Wilfrid Laurier University 2003-2005

• Kicked the game-winning field goal in the 2005 Vanier Cup

• Played for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats

• Brings years of kicking and punting experience

• Coach Devlin is currently a teacher with the SCCDSB in Sarnia.

Coach Darryl Wheeler

• Member of 2002 U of T Football team before transfering to Utah State University before returning to Western University from 2008-2011 handling the kicking duties
• Coached multiple kickers to the CFL

• Won 2 Vanier Cups at Western University

• Signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers

• Currently Western University's Kickers Coach
• Currently a teacher with the TVDSB in London

Coach Kevin Allear

• NCAA experience at Adrian College in the NCAA as the teams Kicker and Punter.

• 13 years of experience with Sarnia Imperials

• 2015 League All-Star as both Kicker and Punter
• Currently a teacher with the LKDSB in Wallaceburg.

Coach Adam Bestard

• Long Snapper at Wilfrid Laurier University

• Drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 27th Overall

• Selected for the CIS East West Bowl All Star Game 2009

• Coached at the University of Guelph in 2016
• Coaching at the highschool level in both the public and private schools Boards since 2011
• Currently Teacher with LKDSB in Sarnia
